Acer brings All-in-one PC with 21.5-inch touchscreen
The Aspire comes with multitouchfahigem Z3101 Full-HD touch screen.
Acer has its product portfolio with the all-in-one PCs Aspire Z3100 and Z3101 21.5-inch screen with expanded. The latter supports the multi-touch technology, which enables use with multiple fingers.
The largely identical models, depending on the configuration from a AMD Phenom processor series II or Athlon-powered. Added up to 8 GB of DDR3-1333 RAM and 1.5 TB of hard drive space.
The 16:9 display has a Full HD resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels. It is controlled by the Nvidia GeForce 9200 integrated graphics chip center. The Z3100 Aspire can be additionally equipped with a discrete graphics card Nvidia AMD or equip.
Of communication interfaces (802.11b) WLAN, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR available. Other amenities include an HD audio system with two integrated speakers, a 2-megapixel Webcam with microphone, a multi-in-1 card reader, and depending on the model a dual-layer DVD burner or a Blu-ray drive. Optional accessories include a hybrid TV tuner (analog and DVB-T).
Peripherals can be connected to six USB 2.0 ports (two sides), one eSATA connector, two PS2 ports and connect each with a HDMI and VGA output. The power supply is from a 220-watt internal power supply.
The operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. With the Z3101 preinstalled on the Aspire application portal, users can touch other multimedia content by touch gestures Manage. A bar at the bottom of the screen displays most often use anywhere in the program, with a touch can then start. There is also special touch applications like a browser optimized for finger operation.
The new All-in-one PCs from Acer are available from mid-October. The suggested retail price for both devices starts at 699 . Keyboard and mouse are included.
